Salary
Selected candidates will receive salary as per the Bihar Government Pay Matrix.
- Pay Scale: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100/- per month (Post-wise)
Educational Qualification
Rural Agricultural Extension Officer (RAEO)
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized university.
Rural Horticulture Extension Officer (RHEO)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agricultural Engineering.
Senior Agricultural Development Officer (SADO)
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. Agriculture) or Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university.
Senior Horticulture Development Officer (SHDO)
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. Horticulture) from a recognized institution.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
Age relaxation will be applicable for SC, ST, EBC, BC, Women, and other reserved categories as per the Government of Bihar rules.
Application Fee
- General / EWS / BC / EBC: ₹500/-
- SC / ST / Female Candidates: ₹250/-
